Everglade Alligator Ribs
Traegar Wood Fired Smoker
Mix all ingredients and baste the Ribs, add to the smoker for around three hours.
Dozen Everglade Frogs Legs
15 Cloves of Garlic
Zest of 6 Lemons
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil (enough to cover the legs)
Place the legs into a shallow tray. Crush the garlic and add the lemon zest, lime, salt and pepper and chives to the oil and pour over the legs – enough that the legs are mostly covered.
Add to a very hot Traegar Smoker for 30 Minutes, finish on the grill if desired.
